The RAAC Discord server is the primary communications hub for the Corps. These rules govern conduct on the server at all times. Server membership constitutes acceptance of these rules. The CO and 2IC are administrators and their decisions on server matters are final.

All members must treat each other with basic respect. Personal attacks, harassment, targeted insults, and sustained negativity directed at any member will result in a warning or immediate ban at moderator discretion.

Zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, religious hate, or any other discriminatory content. This is an instant permanent ban. No warnings. No appeals.

This is a gaming community with members of varying ages. NSFW content (explicit images, extreme gore, etc.) is prohibited in all channels. Violations result in immediate removal.

Do not spam messages, images, mentions, or reactions. Do not mass-ping members without cause. Repeated violations result in muting or removal.

Do not advertise other Roblox groups, Discord servers, YouTube channels, or products without CO permission. Recruiting RAAC members for other groups is a bannable offence.

Use channels for their intended purpose. General chat goes in general. Operations coordination goes in the ops channel. Keep the command channels clean and professional.

Do not post in announcement channels unless you have the appropriate role. React to announcements to acknowledge receipt where requested.

During organised operations, voice comms are for operational communication. Social voice channels are casual. Do not play loud audio, soundboards, or music in operational voice channels without CO approval.

Roles on Discord reflect your in-game rank and status. Do not ask for roles — they are assigned by the CO or 2IC in line with your Personnel File status. Attempting to assign yourself roles is a disciplinary matter.

New members who have joined the Discord but not yet completed enlistment should use the appropriate new-member channel and wait for CO/2IC acknowledgement. Do not DM senior members demanding immediate attention.

The CO (TerminalLance1775) and 2IC (ssorc2) are the server administrators. Their decisions on server matters are final. You may appeal a moderation decision by DM-ing the CO with your case, once, respectfully.

Report rule violations by DMing the CO or 2IC. Do not handle disputes publicly in channels — take it to private messages or report it up the chain. Public arguments make everyone look bad.
